About your Instructor
I hold a PhD in Philosophy of Education with a focus on women’s health, where my work explored how education, access, and holistic approaches can better support women across the reproductive lifespan. As part of this work, I design and develop curriculum that translates research into accessible, practical tools for women.
I am an educator and researcher dedicated to supporting women through hormonal transitions, from coming off birth control to preparing for pregnancy and navigating the postpartum period.
With over eight years of teaching experience, a Master’s degree in Education and Health Promotion, and advanced training in fertility, prenatal, and postpartum yoga, I integrate evidence-based knowledge with embodied, holistic practices. My work is further informed by immersive study in India, where I explored traditional Eastern approaches to healing and women’s health.
My approach bridges modern science with ancient wisdom, offering both education and embodied support. This work is personal. I have navigated my own experience with hormone imbalance, and I understand the complexity and frustration that so many women face.
